How to configure the MT Enfora MT4000 device via SMS

This guide shows how to connect the MT Enfora MT4000 tracker to the platform using SMS commands. Send each command from the SIM card installed in the device, in the order indicated below.

To ensure a stable connection, it is recommended to use a domain DNS. You should configure the server as follows: use the address central.trackar.com.br on port 6216 for all server instances.

2. Carrier APN Configuration

It is essential that the APN, username, and password information are correctly entered, as they vary according to the carrier of the used SIM card. The following configurations are examples that should be adapted to your needs.

The time for communication with the ignition off can be configured in minutes. A typical setting is 55 minutes, which defines the transmission interval in this state.
