How to Configure the J14 J14 Device via SMS

This guide shows how to connect the J14 J14 tracker to the platform using SMS commands. Send each command from the SIM card installed in the device, in the order indicated below.

SMS Commands

1. Time Zone Configuration

The first essential step is the configuration of the time zone. For this, use the appropriate command to adjust the GMT as needed.

2. Update Time Configuration

The update time can be adjusted in seconds, ranging from 5 to 18000. By default, T1 and T2 are set to 10 seconds. The transmission interval when the ignition is on or in motion is 60 seconds, and when off or stopped is 3300 seconds.

3. DNS or IP and Port Configuration

It is recommended to use a domain DNS for server configurations. The default server should be configured as central.trackar.com.br on port 5023.
